past 33 years, he drove a school bus for the Rappahannock School District. Representing the School Board, Frank Warner commented that Robert was an excellent bus driver and commended him for 33 years with no disciplinary actions, no accidents.
The generations of children whom he touched and toted are also reflecting on their loss. In a letter written to the family, Brittney D.
