I developed pneumonia in July. It took two different rounds of antibiotics to stabilize my condition. I am now feeling much better and gaining weight. I truly believe that living away from the forced exposure to sewage sludge has contributed significantly to my improving health and to the better health of my pony and dog.
How long will we be free of exposure to sewage sludge in Rappahannock County? This remains a question since the Virginia Supreme Court has ruled that county governments may not ban sewage sludge from being applied to fields should a farmer choose to use it.
