Being the same realty conveyed to Paul Allen Walker and Frances Walker Eldred as joint tenants with the common law right of survivorship, by deed from Paul Allen Walker, widower.' dated January 14, 1993, and recorded January 15, 1993, in deed Book 195, Page 744 among the land records of the clerk aforesaid. The said Paul Allen Walker died June 12,1994, thereby vesting full fee simple title in the said Frances Walker Eldred.
