The gallery is located on Middle Street in Washington and is open during January each Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Call the gallery at 675-3440 for more information.
The Middle Street Gallery is a non-profit cooperative operated by 25 regional artists. For admission, artists must submit at least ten examples of their current work to be juried by members.
The front room exhibit changes monthly and usually showcases one of the artistmembers. The back room showcases the work of gallery members and changes monthly. This gives all members a chance to have a work on display at all times.
The artists meet monthly to organize the exhibits and to ensure that the quality of work shown always meets members’ standards.
