1 Transparent ing 'program set

Transparenting is a program for divorcing parents to learn how to help their children adjust to the changes related to divorce. The program is offered by the Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board at Madison on Jan. 16 from 2 to 6 p.m.; at Fauquier on Feb 13 from 2 to 6 p.m. and at Culpeper on March 13 from 2 to 6 p.m. Call 347-7620 or 948-5911 for information and to register.

Casino Night 2002 planned

Plans are currently underway for another elegant and fun filled evening at the Second Annual Casino Night sponsored by the Rappahannock County School Sports Association. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Feb 23 at the Washington School and will help to support student athletic programs.

The evening will begin with a cocktail/sociaJ hour at 7 p.m. and gaming tables will be open from 8 to 11 p.m The entry fee of $25 will include soft drinks, hors d'oeuvres. $10,000 in gaming money to play with and five grand prize tickets for the drawing at the end of the evening.
