The Rappahannock-Rapidan Regional Commission and the Continuum of Care Committee invite persons interested in transitional housing and housing for the homeless to a meeting to discuss the development of a regional Continuum of Care plan.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, Jan 8 at the Culpeper Public Library at the Southgate ..Shopping Center in Culpeper at noon. Reservations are requested tjy contacting the Commission hotfices at 829-7450. v The proposed plan will 'incorporate the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock in Planning District Nine.
The continuum of care process seeks federal funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for emergency shelters, transitional housing and Chousing services to help prevent iiomelessness.
