BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday. February 4. 2002 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SE #01-12-01 Farfelu Crest Hill Partnership, d/b/a Farfelu Vineyards, desires a Special Exception permit to construct a caretaker s dwelling on their property located at 13058 Crest Hill Road in Flint Hill (Tax Map 15. Parcel 17. 86.51 acres, zoned A'-Agricultural, Jackson District). Use allowed under Section 170-36A (more than 1 dwelling on a lot or parcel of the Rappahannock County Code.
