I am neither a rich nor powerful person but in my frustration my only recourse is to vote with my feet and switch my accounts to another bank if Rappahannock National moves out of town.
Lastly, I do not want my three children to experience the heartbreak of seeing the place they’ve grown up in and love, blacktopped, developed and spoiled forever.
