Route 522, S 45 degrees 12 E 301 35 feet to a point on said highway, thence S 16 degrees 10' 53” W 20 19 feet to a point on the west side of S R 231. thence with said Route 231, S 42 degrees 27' 37" W 182.00 feet to a corner to said Lot D, to Lot C and to Route 231; thence leaving said Route 231, running thence with the lines of Lot C, N. 45 degrees 16 30” W 317.85 feet to a corner to Lot C, and to Lot D. thence with the said former Willies lands. N 44 degrees 38 E 200 00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1 44 acres, more or less SAVE AND EXCEPT said portion of said Lot D containing approximately three-fourths acre, previously conveyed by deed recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Deed Book 97 at page 113.
