Loudoun Community Free Clinic
The Loudoun Community Free Clinic is seeking a Full Time Clinical Director to oversee administration of the Catoctin Foundation and the Free Clinic. Clinical Director will work with the Medical Director and a Clinic Coordinator to ensure quality care, participate in fund raising and community support, plan and manage finances, coordinate volunteers, and solicit the support of physicians and other healthcare organizations to facilitate care of Loudoun's medically underserved residents. Clinic operates on Thursday evenings. This exciting position provides a variety of interesting responsibilities and an opportunity to make a positive impact on the community. Requires independence, and offers flexibility in scheduling. Successful candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, the ability to garner support from a variety of constituents, compassion, and desire to work with a culturally diverse population. Relevant experience and Bachelor’s Degree required. Medical experience and Spanish language skills are helpful.
