On July 4th last week we
held a party to come together as a community, celebrate and express our gratitude for being part of this great nation. We had about 250 people attend throughout the afternoon and evening.
As hot as it was the “cooling station” water spray was a popular diversion, horse shoe competition heated up as soon as the shade hit the hobs.
Apple pies entered by Carolyn Dean and Barry Fletcher were both judged as outstanding by our judging panel. The bon fire after dark was enjoyed by all and complemented by youngsters
