Family reunion planned
The Jenkins, Sisk and Woodward families will gather on Sunday, Aug. 4 at noon for a reunion at the Rappahannock Park. Those attending should bring a covered dish. Everyone is welcome.
Directors plan meeting
The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District holds its monthly Board Of Directors’ meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. Meetings rotate alphabetically on a county basis by the five counties served by the District— Culpeper, Greene, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock.
The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Aug. 6 at the Washington Volunteer Fire Department in Washington. For further information call 825-8591.
AAUBaseball tryouts
On Saturday, Aug. 3 the Fauquier Cardinals will hold tryouts for the AAU travel baseball team. Participants cannot be 12 before Aug. 1. Dwyer reunion planned
