The Lady Panthers were now in the finals for the Region B Championship against Page County.
We were playing this team for the third time this season. Point after point, side out after side out each team was fighting for every point. Page came away with a 15-13 win.
With a three minute break, the coaches of the year had a pep talk with their team.
Whatever was said, it worked. The second match Rappahannock won 15-2.
In the third and final match, Rappahannock was overpowering and won 15-8, thus becoming the Region B champions for the first time ever.
