Mrs. Montrue Frazier entertained with a party on Valentine's Day in honor of the birthday of her son, Ray Wharton, with a number of family members and friends present.
Jennifer Peregory was a Friday overnight guest of the Mills sisters, Shirley, Rebecca and Mary.
Sympathy is extended to Ray and Mrs. Louise (Stanley) Hawkins, upon the passing of their son which occurred at Culpeper Regional Hospital on Monday.
Nazareth Baptist Church on Route 707 will be having a celebration on Sunday, March 9 beginning at 3 p.m. in honor of their pastor Rev. Howard Frye, who has pastured the church for the past 20 years.
The guest speaker for the occasion will be Rev. Charles Hellard, pastor of the Second New Hope Baptist Church of Fredericksburg, with his men’s chorus rendering the music. Everyone is welcome.
