The RAAC Library Series will feature cartoonist and humorist Mack Rowe on Friday, March 15 at 8 p.m. at the Rappahannock County library.
Rowe, who is a resident of Madison County, contends that in the aftermath of 9/11, in an environment of code orange alerts and talk of waging war in Iraq, it has become increasingly important for us to turn to humor to help relieve the anxiety and stress of our daily lives.
