Planning Commission members quickly revealed their stances on the issue.

Chairman Junk referred to Comprehensive Plan requirements that, he said, favored a new Route 211 cutover to provide access to the bank property for westbound traffic and he criticized the bank s plan as well for failing to show internal walkways that he said were always envisioned in the commercial area.
