Dec. 5 but because of an unexpectedly large snowstorm I was unable to get to the tax office.
First thing Monday morning, Dec. 8, ! visited the tax office to clear my bill and was hit with a $261.84 penalty which I strongly protested because of weather conditions on the 5th.
