The flu season is here, earlier than usual, and this first variety of flu is a pretty mean one.
There are many strains of influenza, and it is likely there will be a variety of kinds of flu as the season progresses. Have you gotten your flu shot? It isn’t too late because the flu season usually lasts through April, but remember that when you get the shot, it can take two to three weeks to take effect.
