FT with me Area Agency on Aging, Leesburg, VA, Works with skilled team to plan and implement senior employment programs, including the Department of Labor's Title V Senior Employment program ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Recruits, maintains, and supports volunteers and senior employment clients. Implements job development activities including work experience placement and training for elder workers. Works with employers and agencies to develop lobs for seniors. Conducts community education programs and serves as liaison to the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Advisory Board. Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, or a related field with two years experience working with Senior Citizens. Master s degree in gerontology, social work or a related field preferred.
