A group of hardy folks braved the snow to take a free “how-to” seminar on interior decorating at the Rappahannock County Library last Thursday evening. Lois Kerchner, an interior decorator with many years of experience in Northern Virginia, settled in Pint Hill about a year ago and established ‘Interiors by Whitcairn.” She is discussing how a decorator can provide practical assistance to a client, working with the client's ideas to thoughtfully and professionally decorate a home that reflects ones own personality and unique preferences.
