An interactive question and answer session will follow Dr. Robert’s presentation. Karin Noss, VBCF Vice-President and Board Member of the National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC), will moderate the teleconference. Noss was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in 2000.
VBCF hopes the teleconference will allow every Virginian interested in learning more about metastatic breast cancer to participate - whether they live in cosmopolitan or rural areas.
“We decided to hold a teleconference as opposed to a normal conference, because we want anyone in this state to able to participate,” said Barbara Dittmeier, VBCF President.
