young people of the state. The Rappahannock Lions Club has promoted this program for years to assist musically talented young people in performing and gaining experience before a live audience.
The Jazz Ensemble from the Rappahannock County High School will perform during the judging period. This is an additional treat. Light refreshments will be served. There is no admission fee and everyone is invited.
