Position # 00003-04 The Warren County Department of Social Services is seeking an individual to provide specialized and intensive services to clients through direct delivery. Position requires formulation of service objectives and identification of actions needed to assist clients in utilization of resources and capabilities. Under general supervision, this position will provide prevention services to at-risk families. Position plans and organizes caseload, establishes priorities, schedules meetings anchor appointments; and maintains documentation for each participant in accordance with the program. Works directty with family to provide case management services. Position may require travel to participant’s home and telephone contact Position requires preparation of corresponder ce. Applicant must possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in the Human Services field or possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degee in any field accompanied by a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Human Services related area Criminal record and Chid Abuse & Ne0ect Information System background checks wil be required.

Salary Range: $29,876 - $31,090 plus benefits
