Sid and Mary Catherine Worley still do not know whether they will be allowed to build their “dream” house in the Town of Washington.
Nor does the judge, it seems.
“I have not made up my mind on this case,” Judge Jeffrey W. Parker said Monday afternoon in a courtroom of the Rappahannock Circuit Court.
