The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) kicks off another exciting season offering artistic and community activities for everyone.
RAAC presents the Friday Night Film Series at the Theatre at Washington with films shown on the first and third Fridays of the month.
The next film is Mystic River (R, 137 minutes) on March 19 at 8 p.m. Winner of two Academy Awards—Best Actor Sean Penn and Best Supporting Actor Tim Robbins—Mystic River is the story of three childhood friends growing up in a tough Boston neighborhood where nothing much changed until the day one of the friends got into the wrong car. Clint Eastwood directs. Tickets are $6 for adults, $4 for students knd $3 for children.
