As a grandmother of a
senior and a fifth grader in Rappahannock County schools, I applaud Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke for the actions he took in charging underage teenagers with possession of alcohol at a party (Rappahannock News Feb. 26 edition).
So many counties and families have swept incidents like this under the rug, not knowing or thinking it will happen again.
