MR1 expert ence helpful, but will train. One opportunity available in Ashburn for a 336 unit tax credit community. Tax credit experience extremely helpful: One opportunity available in Manassas for a 500 unit luxury lease up community. Previous lease up experience required.

Leasing Consultant: Needed in Ashburn, Manassas, and Arlington. Must have great customer services skills and sales knowledge Prefer individuals with previous leasing experience, but willing to train those who are motivated.

Maintenance: Supervisors and Technicians needed throughout the metro area. Must have CFC, previous apartment maintenance experience and the ability to be on-call two three weeks per month.
