guilty By Nicholas M. Horrock Rappahannock News Staff Writer Nathan D. Corbin, 18, whose 16year-old brother Dylan died when the car Nathan was driving went off the road Dec. 30 after a late-night party, made a plea deal with the state Tuesday to testify against others at the party if the Commonwealth should require it. Under the agreement, Corbin pleaded guilty to two Class One misdemeanors, underage possession of alcohol and reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in jail on each charge.
