Maintenance Repair Person The Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, is seeking qualified applicants for the permanent, part-time position of a Maintenance Repair Person. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The position is for approximately 30 hours week but mav also require some on-call activity during off hours in response to emergencies related to the water distribution system. Employee should have a vehicle capable of carrying supplies, good driving record, and experience in general maintenance, plumbing and mechanical repair. Documented mileage will be reimbursed. Employee is responsible foi maintaining town facilities to include the town water system, landscaping, town cleanliness and other work as required. Employee must be capable of supervising support personnel and volunteer workers. Tools required will be provided by the Town. Employee should have a Waterworks Operators License Class 4 or be willing to undergo training and complete requirements for such license. Last day to apply is March 15, 2004.
