The charges stemmed from a party on the night of Dec. 29 and early dawn of Dec. 30. Some 22 young people, many underage, gathered at a home owned by a woman who was out of town. An all-night party ensued without adult supervisions although several of the guests were in their twenties.
Nathan Corbin and his brother left in the early morning and the car Nathan was driving went off the road on Route 522, on the way to the family’s Slate Mills Road home. Dylan Corbin was pronounced dead at the scene.
