The Rappahannock Junior Chamber of Commerce received its charter Monday evening, May 4 during appropriate ceremonies at the charter night banquet at Panorama. This newly organized chapter has 26 charter members. The program was opened by Charles K. Estes leading the group in the pledge of allegiance to the flag, followed by the invocation by the Rev. Charles E. Glaenzer, rector of Trinity Episcopal Church. T. Carlyle Lea, Jr., president of the Rappahannock Chapter, introduced guests present and Mrs. Dorothy C.
