of building 1,000 homes on 822 acres along Route 522 near Boston, Va. Though no plans have been filed by anyone, several developers, including Van Metre Homes, are looking at this large tract.

The land which is owned by Wyoming House of Washington, D. C., retained Greg Hamm, of the Crimson Partners in Herndon, to examine options for them.

Wyoming House is part of a broader Catholic group called “Opus Dei,” which uses several buildings on the property for religious retreats.

Hamm said the owners will retain those buildings and some land, but the remaining 800 or so acres would be available for development. He declined to confirm with whom they are
