Tbp scholastic honors in the 1964 graduating class of Rappahannock County High School have been earned by William Francis Moffett III, valedictorian and Susan Schaefer, salutatorian. Dana Snead holds third honor and Kathryn Nalls is in fourth place. There are 32 candidates for graduation. Frank is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr. of Washington. He has participated in baseball, S.C.A., Glee Club, Varsity Club, choir, pep club, French Club and is a member of he annual staff. He will enter the Virginia Military Institute in the fall. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller, Jr. of Washington will leave Saturday for a week’s cruise to Bermuda and will attend the Virginia Banker’s Association Convention. Mr. Miller is vice president and cashier and a director of Rappahannock National Bank. George Powers, Wayne Sutphin and Nelson Putnam attended the 4-H Club Sheep Shearing School held at Culpeper
