Larry Oliver. Jr., a member of Boy Scout Troop 1731, Little Fork Episcopal church of Rixeyville, was officially recognized as an Eagle Scout during a court of honor ceremony held at the Amissville United Methodist Church in Amissville on April 25.
Oliver is a sophomore at Rappahannock County High School. He is the son of Larry and Donna Oliver of Amissville.
For his Eagle service project, Oliver took digital photos of 315 homes within the Town of Warrenton's Historic District. He then linked the photos to a data base on the town’s geographic information system computer. Clicking on
