Oliver and his fellow Scouts fund-raised the money to purchase the digital camera used to take the photos. The camera was then given to the Planning and Zoning Department of the Town of Warrenton for the town’s future use.
Oliver has serv ed in several leadership positions in his troop and currently serves as a patrol leader.
He plans to stay with Troop 1731 through his high school years, as a mentor to younger scouts.
