The RCHS cross country team ran in its first official meet of the season Wednesday. Sept. 15, at the Page Invitational at Page County High School.
“I feel we made a lot of progress,” coach Mick Strand said. “We had two personal best times and five of our runners completing their first race.”
Strand noted that Page and Clarke County were first and second in Group A in the state last year with Clarke returning their top seven runners.
