How can we preserve our rural community, increase our business base and income without increasing real estate taxes? How can we avoid having Route 211 become an unbridled strip of commercial development? We urge all community leaders (supervisors, planning commission, BZA members) and all interested citizens to participate in the Living Towns workshop to learn from and connect with neighboring rural communities that have attempted to meet this challenge.
