Position provides clinical and case management supervision of ip social woken working with emergency and crisis situations such as homelessness, tack of medical care, lack of food. etc. Participate in complex cases as needed. Evaluate program effectiveness, recommend changes. Anticipate need for procedural and polity changes based m changing needs of community. Monitor mi approve appropriate expenditures in several program areas. Accurately interpret policy. Assure quality of service to customers. Conduct interviews, hire staff and evaluate staff perform-, ance. Develop and maintain relationships with other agencies and service providers. Perform any other duties as assigned by agency management. Education and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in a directly related field. Two years of related professional level experience including some supervisory or administrative oversight experience. Driver's License and favorable drivers license check.
