Afterwards, Brown ran the I.D. information and the tag number in the Sheriff database and discovered that Minor was wanted in Fauquier County for a gang related incident that occurred in Fauquier County in October of 2005.
The charges included abduction, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and assault and battery. Brown contacted the Northern Virginia Gang Task Force about the incident at the high school.
The following week, Minor was arrested on May 17, after officers found him hiding in a crawl space at a Mend’s home, according to Warrenton Police Chief Connie Novak. Minor is being held on $200,000 bail.
