On Friday, Feb 1, the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community will present one of the most compelling films made in the past several years. “The Lives of Others” not only won the 2007 Academy Award for Best Foreign Film but had already won 7 Golden Lolas , the German equivalent of our Oscars: Best Film, Best Screen Play, Best Director, Best Actbr, Best Supporting Actor, Best Original Score, Simply the Best of everything done that year.
