HVAC Technician II
Loudoun County Department of General Services is seeking qualified applicants to fill this vacancy within the Facilities Support Division. Successful candidate will install, maintain, repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in County Government worksites; input repair and maintenance requests into work order system; report unsafe conditions; and perform work according to industry standards and County, department and division policies and direction. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation supplemented by building trades course work and at least 4 years expenence with HVAC, eleetneal, plumbing, and building system trades Must have a valid appropriate _ driver's license and be able to work in extreme temperatures and lift 70 lbs Some work may be hazardous due to location or type of work. Subject to recall or being held beyond scheduled workday; mijst be available to respond to County emergencies.
