Congressman John O. (Jack) Marsh Jr., attended the Democratic Rally held Saturday in Rappahannock and gave Duncan C. Gibb a hearty boost in his campaign for the 28th district legislative seat. Mr. Gibb, of Front Royal, is seeking the seat recently left vacant by the<death of Tom Frost. There are two other candidates for the House seat.
