Rising: Sun, Maryland.
The object of the above styled suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony oh the grounds of desertion and that the care, custody and education of the child of Dolly Mae Hudson and Edward Brown Hudson be awarded said Dolly Mae Hudson.
An affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant is not a resident of this State and it is ordered that he appear before this Court within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and protect his interests herein. It is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock Copnty, Virginia, and that a copy hereof be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County within ten (10) days from the entry of this order and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to the said defendant at the post office address given in the affidavit herein within ten (10) days after the entry of said order and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
