Treat your rayon curtains as gently as posible if you want them to ware well. It is generally best to wash them byhand in lukewarm water using a mild soap or synthetic detergent. Rinse very carefully until' you are sure the soap has all been removed, and squeeze out the water gently. Roll the material in a turkish towel, and press while damp with a medium warm iron. Iron lengthwise for best results in keeping the curtains in shape.
If yon plan to do some landscape planning for your home this spring, be' careful in selecting your plants. The plantings around your house are most important ones.
Be particularly careful in selecting shrubs for around the windows and doors. Keep plants low beneath windows. Door, on the other hand, usually look best with taller shrubs on either side.
Don’t try to Jam the candle into the caudlesttck balder. If you’re having trouble placing the candle, dip the ends that fit into the cup in a little hot water for a few '.seconds. Then place them in the holders. The warm water makes i fhe candle more pliable, and it fits into place easily.
