Mr. Parish’s parents noted to Rappahannock from C a r o 1 i n e county when he Was a hoy. Mr. Parish served as a justice of the peace for Jackson district for a number of years until the office was abolished. -—He is survived by a niece, Mrs. John Bowen, of Amissville.
Among the pallbearers were A. C. Latham, Charlie Compton, and Sam Compton.
Min Annie B. Ewans
Miaa Annie B. Evans, 77, daughter of the late Lee Aans Miller and Jackson Evans of Toms Brook, died suddenly Wednesday afternoon, May 17, at the home of her nephew, Robert Evans with whom she was visiting at Bull Run in Fairfax county.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Baker Funeral Home at Manassas. Interment was in the Methodist church yard at Centerville.
Mrs. Evans is survived by one brother, Edward Evans of Hull Run, with whom she made her home. Her two nieces, Mrs. Guy Burke and Mrs. Mary Burke of Rappahannock county, accompanied by Clyde Jenkins attended the funeral services on Saturday.
