Yes, we are very few in number but that hasn't kept us from enjoying our school days at S.H.S. We have had trials and have been trials, as well as comforts, we hope to our various teachers.
While in high school the trips , we have taken stand out as high spots in our otherwise hum drum existence. Our FJF.A. and F.H.A. picnics have been at the Hawksbill and our basket ball picnics on the Skyline Drive. This year we splurged and spent the day in Washington, D. C., sightseeing. Among the places visited were the Monument, Smithsonian Institute, Freer Art Gallery, Medical Museum, Lincoln Memorial and Capitol where iwe^saw the House in session. ~~
Then we enjoyed the excitement at Glen Echo for several hours.
Probably I’d batter leave a few things for my fellow classmates to tell you.
