Miss Cameron Receives
European Appointment
Miss Janet Cameron, Extension Service nutritionist at VPI, who is well known among local home demonstration clubs, has been named to serve three months in Germany as a foods consultant to the European Extension Service.
The appointment came through the Department of State.
Miss,. Cameron will leave VPI on leans of absence May 29, and go to Washington, D. C.r for a week’s indoctrination period. Then she will fly to Frankfurt, Germany, for assignment.
Melvin Giles of Warrenton, and -Miss Martha Mae Moore of FalU Church, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Latter Payne.
