Minutes of a meeting of the Democratic Senatorial District Committee for the 24th Senatorial District of Virginia, comprising the counties of Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, and Warren and the City of Harrisonburg, held on the 10th day of April, 1951, at the Mimslyn Hotel, Page county, Virginia.
On motion of James W. Fletcher, being duly seconded by J. Lynn Lucas, Sheffey L. Devier was named chairman of the Committee. Said motion was carried by unanimous vote of those present.
On motion of J. Lynn Lucas,
by Sheffey L. Devier, James W. Fletcher was named as Secretary of the Committee. Said motion was carried by the unanimous vote of those present.
