Mrs. Edmonds Entertains
Bridge Club Last Week
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Edmonds entertained the No. 2 bridge club at their home last Wednesday evening, having as tbdir guests Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hickman, Mar. and Mrs. R. V. Snead, Gapt. and Mrs. Henry Warwick, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Wr. A. Moore, Lide Dearing, Miss Nancy Moore, Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Jr., Mrs. Robert Massie, Mrs. Fisher Burford, Mrs. Johnnie McGehee and Miss Minnie Williams. First prize for ladies was won by Mrs. Massie; first for men was won by Capt. Warwick. At the beginning of the party each guest was dealt a hand which they had to bid Iwithout looking at, the highest bidder was given a pirze, the prize was awarded to Mrs. DeBergh. A bird quiz was held later in the evening, Mrs. Hickman was the winner of the quiz.
