Much wet, swampy land in Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties are being reclaimed this year by open ditch drainage systems. Farmers are realizing more and more the importance of utilizing each acre on tile farm for the purpose for which it is best suited. Poorly drained acres not only contribute nothing to the farm income but they bring about inconveniences and frequently encourage mos-uitoes.
